PDF view behavior PWA vs TWA

When I install my PWA in the chrome browser, PDF files are downloaded and automatically shown. However, when installed as TWA, the app keeps asking if 1) I want to download the file, and then 2) if I want to open the file. This is a bit annoying. Can you make the TWA behave the same as the PWA?
Do you have an implementation or a solution in mind?
TWA file download/open behavior should be the same as that of the PWA in chrome.
Have you considered any alternatives?
I tried different ways of opening the PDF. They all did not lead to the desired result.
Hey, thanks for opening an issue. This is actually outside of the scope of PWABuilder as we don't control the Trusted Web Activities platform. I'd recommend opening this issue on https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/bubblewrap
Agree. I now understand that the TWA is using the Android default browser, which in my case was set to Samsung Internet. If I change to Chrome, everything works as expected/desired. So, it was not PWA vs TWA, but Chrome vs Samsung. I raised the issue in the Samsun Dev group.
