The update site for this connector is broken it's published in eclipse foundation too.

The update site url http://pweingardt.github.com/mylyn-gitlab works in Eclipse but not in the web browser (http 404)...
You can prove that by adding /content.jar at the end:
https://pweingardt.github.io/mylyn-gitlab/content.jar (after the redirection and changing the protocol to HTTPS)
