From a call with @lwasser

Architecture:

  • Want to break out of the minimal-mistakes theme to be able to have better control over the theme!
  • Also use webpack to be able to use javascript, minification, all that.
  • Break up some of the larger .yml files like contributors into individual .yml files so it's easier to manage!

Design:

  • Responsive mode is a little out of whack
    • (@lwasser list specific changes needed in replies!?)
  • Want isotope for filtering.
    • Packages
    • Community page! different types of involvement :)

this is so awesome. let's start moving things and i'm happy to identify various responsive "quirks" (or can we call these features?) that i created with all of my dev work 🤣

also this pr has an ugly gridded version of the packaging list. it was just me playing with getting isotope to work by adding the categories in our package yaml file as named css classes to each grid item :) .
