Generate template for announcements

We have an existing google slides template that we used to do the announcements.
I think its time to turn that into something more accessible to all.
Maybe throw it into a wordpress page and update it as needed.

@HasturDev what do you think?

Create wordpress page with meeting structure/agenda
Use it to guide meeting format
From website, show events, related info for meetup
Include disclaimer/announcement/bullet point about event pictures being taken and that they are opt in.

Include QR code for membership page

Adding it as a post type. It allows easy cloning and reuse of the content.
