Colorblind Colors

This is going to be a bit niche, but there is an issue on the client where I as a colorblind individual cannot see the highlighting as to who's current turn it is. I don't know if you can implement an option for colorblind coloring, but here is an article discussing the issue and three fairly universal colorblind assistance palettes.
I think I can just change the colors there in general, I'll add a screenshot here for feedback when I get to it.
@lexxanite I've submitted a change to the current turn color to something that meets WCAG 2.0 AA. I can take a look at any other color contrast problems if you raise new issues for them.
This is live on the website and will get into the next client release, probably within a couple weeks.
