get_structure test currently disabled due to legacy data set

I disabled the get_structure test of AtomisticGenericJob testing in #1141. This test failed due to an old data structure with dtype=object arrays present in the data set used for the test (see here for further information on the disabling of the old data structure). Thus, the data set needs an update and the test should be reenabled.
