We need to add a config file which should be in the folder .github/config.yml
Example of one is here:
https://github.com/data-umbrella/event-board-web/blob/main/.github/config.yml
The links to these two items will need to be updated:
- CONTRIBUTING.md
- CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

Or a new file needs to be created?
A new file needs to be created at https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc-data-umbrella/tree/main/.github
And the content will be same as https://github.com/data-umbrella/event-board-web/blob/main/.github/config.yml ?
