Deprecate theme and theme family, add replacements

The options theme and family are counter intuitive. The theme option will be re-used for the current family option. The current theme option will be replaced by color.
Starting with 3.2, using the theme option the old way and the family option will show a warning in the browser's developer console but still work as legacy. theme will be changes permanently and family will be removed in version 4.0.
