Drop CPython 3.6 & 3.7 on 2025-05-06

CPython 3.6 reached EOL on 2021-12-23.
CPython 3.7 reached EOL on 2023-06-27.

Dropping CPython 3.6 & 3.7 will allow adding CPython 3.14 with minimal size / build time impact on images (3.14b0 is expected on 2025-05-06).

Sounds right, 3.7 is EOL over a year and 3.6 even longer. And of course current images remain available.

I'm already in the process of preparing this even though it's months away. Thanks for the proposition though.
