azure-maps-timezone package name is squatted by the user https://pypi.org/user/sitc. Azure Maps has released several packages with prefix azure-maps-. A complete list of released packages is listed below. Previously we accidentally update our changelog with a release date, but actually the package wasn't released, and the name was squatted by 3rd party - the package is empty. Therefore, we would like to take the package name back. We also tried to contact the current owner, but it asked our login information which seems a phishing action.

We've tried to contact current owner, but he/she directly asked our "login on Pypi" which seems like a phishing action because transferring the ownership doesn't need our login information and the owner didn't ask any other information or further discussion.
