There are a number of SCSS libraries that could be included dynamically. Currently we have a copy of each in the codebase.
- warehouse/static/sass/resets/_boxsizing.scss
- warehouse/static/sass/resets/_normalize.scss
- warehouse/static/sass/resets/_reset.scss
warehouse/static/sass/tools/bourbonwarehouse/static/sass/tools/neat

In our meeting today Nicole said this refactor is low-priority and doesn't belong to any particular milestone. Just noting that here.
