Winget is slowly replacing chocolatey as windows package manager; it is already installed on windows 11 and a ms store install away on the latest versions of windows 10.
Describe the solution you'd like
having winget packages for CLI and GUI, that can handle both admin and regular user
Additional context
There's a github action, it needs to fork the winget packages repo for the first release, but after that it is automated.
