Please add option to set Default region to get appended/replaced to the console URL

We have a TON of accounts and the default region AWS uses is us-east-2 which is not where our resources live, so every time I access an account for the first time I have to click several times to change the region.

It appears that the region is a URL query parameter so should be easy to inject if a user sets a default.
