Common Command: "/snippet"

It could be useful to provide some simple "snippet" creation suggestions.

Something to the effect of:

1. Click the little ➕ to the left of the input text box
2. Select "Code or text snippet"
3. Select your language and submit

Perhaps these should be grouped under a /suggest command and it could provide a dialog for options to "suggest".
