`Practice Problems`, `Conclusions`, and `Projects!` are all under the `Looping and Branching` subsection

@ryanfreckleton I tried, but failed, to fix the issue of Sections.

I feel like Practice Problems, Conclusions, and Projects! should all be in their own Section. Right now, they are all in the Looping and Branching subsection.

I couldn't figure out how to do it with Lyx. If you have some time, would you mind taking a look at it?
