Screenshot utf-8 decode warnings when using pytest-xdist

When a test fails, the following warning message is displayed in the console under the warnings summary:
Could not save screenshot: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x89 in position 0: invalid start byte

However, the screenshot is still taken.

This issue does not occur if xdist is not used.

Issue fixed with the 1.9.1 release.
