Fails on assertRaises context manager usage

Since Python 2.7 assertRaises has supported usage as a context manager. unittest2pytest crashes transforming usage of the context manager with as, e.g.

def test_context_manager_var(self):
    with self.assertRaises(RunTimeError) as ctx:
        someFunc()
