Support Python 3.12

Currently we're waiting on some dependencies to support/have wheels for Python 3.12:

• lupa (dependency of fakeredis which is used by async_rediscache): scoder/lupa#245
• multidict (dependency of aiohttp): aio-libs/multidict#887

Both have been merged. I can go ahead and pick this up.
