Updated hostnames buildbot -> buildbot-old, buildbot-2404 -> buildbot
Still keeping old online for now, just updating DNS

Waiting for DNS to swap over, and otherwise this is complete afaik. We can power down and delete the salt key of buildbot-old whenever we are happy
