Ensure that the v05/c64files dir is complete

The v05/c64files dir should contain all files needed to use cc64 on a C64.

E.g. c-charset should be there.

Also, the Makefile in c64files should be replaced by rules in the parent dir Maikefile, so that c64files contains really /only/ C64 files.
