get_cat_ID function doesn't work for second language.

The wp get_cat_ID function only works correctly in the first language. Is there any kind of polyfill I could use to get the category ID of a second language title?

Note qTranslate-X is abandoned since 2016 so you will hardly get some help here. But we have been reviving it as qTranslate-XT in this repo: https://github.com/qtranslate/qtranslate-xt
