Changed domain but the links don't update

Hello. We changed domains recently but the qtranxf_convertURL(get_permalink()); is not updating to the new domain, it continues to send it to the old one when the user tries to change language. Is there a place i can change this?

The qTranslate-X project is abandoned since 2016 so you won't get any update here. I welcome you to switch to qTranslate-XT. Please read our README carefully to proceed with the installation. It's safe and being used by many people.
