[BUG] User logs off server, comes back later to no keys.

Describe the bug
We're having an issue where a user will park their vehicle in a garage, log off (or server restarts by then), and when they come back, the keys have disappeared entirely.

To Reproduce
Tried restarting qb-garages, as well as reinstalling, no improvements.

Expected behavior
Expected user to have keys to their vehicle when they return and go to take vehicle out of the garage.
