[BUG] menu wont open and script isnt connecting to database

so when i downloaded the updated version it didnt open up the menu and doesnt pop up on phone like it shows press E to open garage but when i press it nothing happens doesnt even go red like i clicked it and when i look in the console i get this
any help would be appreciated i need this fixed as soon as possible
