Setting value of an arabesque aggregation in a MasterComputation fails

MasterComputation and MasterExecutionEngine fail to take into account aggregation splits when setting a new aggregated value for an arabesque aggregation.
This causes execution to terminate with an error such as
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: setAggregatedValue: Tried to access aggregator which wasn't registered output
