[Model Request]: Please add jinaai/jina-embeddings-v2-base-de

First, thanks for the great project!

As you are already supporting two other models of the JinaAI series, I was hoping you could also support jinaai/jina-embeddings-v2-base-de, which is one of the few embedding models with German language support.

JinaAI also has a Spanish (jina-embeddings-v2-base-es) model and a code model (jina-embeddings-v2-base-code), which might be useful for people too.

Update: I just saw that jina-embeddings-v2-base-de is already supproted but is just not in the list of supported models: https://qdrant.github.io/fastembed/examples/Supported_Models/
