Add Color Mode Based on Media Queries

Hi,

I would like to request the addition of a color mode based on media queries. It would be great to have a color theme for both light and dark modes that switches automatically based on the user's current choice.

There are many different implementations of this and I'm not a front-end dev, but I like the way Material for MkDocs does it with a 3-state button.
