Not Working between Windows and Ubuntu

when run the software on ubuntu device with a LAN connection to share on a Windows 10 device
the bash works on linux terminal and connects say to HTTP://192.168.1.201:18331 ,but when accessing that URL on windows it says cant reach this page

but on linux terminal it also says no module named 'gi'
just before it prompt * Running on http://192.168.1.201:9999/ (Press CTRL+C to quit)"

the following terminal screen when running python python3 screenshare.py -p 9999

I test it on another network the same thing
