generate url generates public url

I have setup a local plantuml server cloning plantuml-server and running mvn jetty:run.

I have changed the settings to render from PlanUML Server and the server as http://localhost:8080.

However when I generate the URL for my diagram I can see it local as well as in the public server which it should not happen right ?
