Adding international stock exchanges (ASX, HKEX, LSE, SGX, TSX)

Hi! This thing is great :)

As a request - could the other international stock exchanges be added? Their list of shares per exchange is available from the same site as the american exchanges you have already.

You may have to split out the output into a separate folder per exchange, as I believe some tickers are not globally unique (The same ticker exists against a different company on the Singapore stock exchange as on the american exchanges).

Oops! Sorry for the late reply. Yeah, I can certainly add those. I wasn't sure if there were interests in international stocks. And thanks for the tip! I'll keep that in mind. I'll keep this open, until I actually add them.
