Error: Session suspended while connecting Qlik one environment but it is working other environment

Hi Team,

I am working on application with Enigma js and Qlik sense integration and trying to connect Qlik DEV, getting the "Error: Session suspended" but trying to connect UAT, it is working fine. Both settings are same.

Can you please let me know what are important configuration we need to check and resolve this suspended error.
