not remember layout on application change

I use i3wm on ubuntu 14.04
Start programs as follow:
kbdd
setxkbmap -option 'grp:caps_toggle,grp:shifts_toggle' -layout 'us,ru'

I use kbdd from repository and from master branch, results are the same. When I change layout in one application, layout changes in all others.

What am I doing wrong?

Issue was in ibus-daemon. Removed them and all work fine except not work only in skypetab-ng.
