Target factores from titlefootnote object

This function would generate target factories to collect all targets from a titlefootnote object.

• Source the corresponding scripts.
• Generate the corresponding calls as inputs to the command argument in tar_targets_raw.
• Organize where outputs are deposited.
• Track the provenance of the titlefootnote object.
