[run log] Run Now shows a new row, but it disappears when the run is complete

The new row appears, showing the running spinner. However, on completion it disappears. If the user refreshes the page, the run that just completed is at the top of the list as expected.
After the run completes, the row should stay in place and change to "success" or "no changes" and be the new first row on the list.

Closing as we are no longer seeing this behavior, however it looks like we lost the animation when a new run appears in the run log.
