weight command leaving it blank will be the default weight

I looked into this and it seems possible to do, but more testing is needed. For whatever reason setting weight to anything will max it out to 1050lbs. I'll keep looking into it and it will eventually be added as an argument to the item command (item itemID amount value weight)
