Failed to instatiate template file compare.v3s.

Hello,
I've tried opening the PAF Theia markerless example. Though when I start processing the example data, I get the following message :

And I'm not being able to export the data to Theia 3D.

Could you please tell me what could be the cause of this error?

Thank you for your feedback.
Could you try to rename your project "Universite" instead of "Université". Just checking if the special character "é" is the cause the problem?
