low hashrate on EPYC

my processor is EPYC 7551. On the miner version 2.2.1.0 I have a hashrate of 120+-. During downtime, monero mining starts. After mining monero, the qubic hashrate is 20-40. Only restarting the miner helps. This is not observed on the EPYC 7302 processor, the hashrate is always stable
