Consider lazy loading iframes

Description
Currently <iframes /> are rendered for embeds, e.g. a YouTube video. Consider lazy loading <iframes />. Although it currently isn't supported in all browsers, the ones that do will receive a performance benefit.
If you're good to go with this feature request, I would like to be assigned to it. Thanks again for such a great plugin for Gatsby @raae! 👏🏻
