[MODEL REQUEST] Stable-Diffusion-v3.5 & safetensor files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would love to create new images and animate them using Stable Diffusion 3.5 / Flux models and safetensor files.
Stable diffusion Forge is a nice WebUI so it would be great if it can work on the X Elite natively..
An instruction like https://stable-diffusion-art.com/flux-forge/ that works for X Elite would be very useful.

• Model use case: I think safetensor is useful, and should be 'easy' to get working on NPU. So would gain lots of performance improvements. It's also nice because there are lots of them out there and they're just JSON format. So are hardware independent.
