[Feature] Cell Merges

Cell Merges didn't make it into the MVP because while SlickGrid supports horizontal merges, it doesn't support vertical merges.

This is something that can probably be hacked in by removing borders and fiddling with the SelectionModel, but I'm wondering if there's a neater way of doing it.
