Add QuiltProduct package configuration API

Right now, specifying what additional files to create or highlight is done via fragments in the Quilt+ URI.
It would probably make sense to allow the main.nf file to specify more precise or verbose configuration,
somewhat like the original nf-quilt@0.2.0 did.
