[Bug] Better End settings being overwritten

What happened?

After hours of testing and retesting, i've discovered that on a dedicated server (both forge with sinytra, AND fabric) bclib overwrites the defaults for better end on startup even with force betterX presets set to false in server.json. I had to set it to false in the client.json config as well for it to keep my custom end settings.

This does not occur when creating a single player world on a local pc. It will keep the level settings for the end when configured on world creation. It will not do this when running on a dedicated server, it will overwrite them.
