Raidboss: P12SP2: TTS callout sometimes missing

This concerns the "Break tether (with [playername]") callout in the first Gaiaochos miniphase in P12S P2.

In my experience, in about one third of of all runs (seemingly random), this specific callout is not rendered audibly as text to speech, while still appearing as text on screen.

All other callouts are played back as TTS consistently.

Sorry, I really have no idea why this would be. There's nothing special about this tts and I have no reports of tts not working otherwise. What are you using for tts output in ACT?

Thanks, I have no idea why this problem could occur, either. These are my settings.
