"Page not found" link in readme

At the end of the README, the link to the QuTiP contribution leads to a "page not found" error.

Good catch! It is pointing to the wrong direction. It should be https://qutip.org/docs/latest/development/contributing.html. Contributors should also be pointing to https://github.com/qutip/qutip/blob/master/doc/contributors.rst.
