In addition to having a mechanism to provide the order of production categories, a mechanism to separate production categories into two blocks of voting also needs to exist. What we've been tossing around is "Visual Production" containing all the visual production categories (both film and TV) and "Misc. Production" with everything that doesn't fit like audio categories, script and OP/ED.
