Add support for MKL in Debian-gcc with r-devel?

FEATURE REQUEST

I have been trying to verify errors found on CRAN checks for MKL see

Is there any plan to add an rhub check_for_MKL to help package developers reproduce/trouble shoot issues flagged by CRAN? (I have tried on my own to add MKL and build R-devel in a docker container from rocker/r-devel but so far have not been able to reproduce the issues above)

Second this feature request. A Docker container to reproduce these would be very valuable.
