`output-location` doesn't work in `live-revealjs`

And I'm not 100% sure if it should work. For example, output-location: fragment doesn't make sense in an interactive setting. But for slides, it would be nice if output-location: column did work so he interactive code cell could be in one column and the the output in the other column.
