I didn't find this raised in a previous issue, so I apologize in advance if this is a silly issue.
Foreign keys are, if I'm not mistaken, a part of the SQL standard, and I was curious if there was any intent to add them at any point. Based on poking around the source code for a couple hours, I see this isn't really a quick addition, but surely it would be a useful feature.
