Issue: Incorrect dates for some years

The program seems to be producing incorrect dates for the years 2033, 2036, 2041 and 2044.
Some of the incorrect dates may be due to lunar months, but otherwise the actual date is either the previous or next Friday.
Need to resolve both.

2036
