[tuify] Fix tuify multiselect component up and down navigation issue

Currently when viewport can only display e.g. 3 items in multiselect component but user has more than 3 items in multiselect component. When user moves down to the second item, all is good, when user moves down to third item, then the component selection indicator disappears.

When user keeps moving down and reaches the last item, then selection indicator appears on the the third item.
